How to Use
For Roti:
Mix required quantity of Kambu Roti Mix with water and knead into a soft dough. Roll into rotis and cook on a hot tawa until both sides are evenly cooked.
For Adai:
Mix required quantity of Kambu Adai Mix with water to form a thick batter. Rest for 10–15 minutes. Spread on a hot tawa and cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot.
